GeoGulf 2026 represents the 75th Diamond Anniversary GCAGS/GCSSEPM convention and we welcome you to join us to celebrate this history. In addition to honoring the spirit of volunteerism, with special highlight to those in attendance that have contributed to this shared legacy, short presentations will follow. Jeff Spencer will comment on the history of GCAGS, James Willis on the GCAGS/GCSSEPM Transactions, and Charles Sternbach on the synergy of local, regional, and national/international organizations. TUESDAY EVENING SOCIAL EVENT

Location: LSU Center for River Studies, 100 Terrace Ave., approximately 10 min from the Crowne Plaza.
Shuttle transport will be provided. The Tuesday Night Social, An Evening by the Mighty Mississippi, will be held at the LSU Center for River Studies with drinks and hors d'oeuvres. The primary focus of the Center is the Lower Mississippi River Physical Model, a 90 ft x 120 ft movable bed physical model, one of the largest of its kind in the world. GOLF TOURNAMENT AT GREYSTONE COUNTRY CLUB

Time: 10:00 am–4:00 pm
Cost: $125 individual; $450 team of four
Location: Greystone Country Club, 9461 St. Andrews Ct., Denham Springs, LA 70726 (15 mi from Crowne Plaza)
Convention registration is NOT required to participate in the golf tournament. This tournament offers a fun and competitive way to end the conference, bringing together geoscience professionals, students, and industry leaders for a day of networking and friendly competition. Set in a serene setting near the greater Baton Rouge area, Greystone provides a challenging yet enjoyable course for golfers of all skill levels. Entrance by ticket only.
